Specify the time in seconds in the past from which you want the EDI extractor to extract events/EDI transactions. Customer can also override this setting in at the EDI session level.
For example, if you set ARGOEDI009 as '60' seconds, then the EDI extractor will fetch all the transaction starting from 60 seconds before the current system time to the current system time.
